3 Ways To Help Cure Skin Hyperpigmentation

The dreaded teen years of acne-covered skin are over but you still have nagging reminders of their once annoying existence - that my friends is called hyperpigmentation. I currently experience it but have found a few remedies to aid in their departure and wanted to share them with you!

The causes of hyperpigmentation are plentiful and vary. It can be residual effects from UV rays, acne scars as mentioned above, hormones and many others. The list of causes is by no means conclusive due to there being several reasons as to why it can develop. Why hyperpigmentation decided to enter in my life and perturb me became secondary, all I cared about was getting rid of it.

One thing I found to work well was consuming Vitamin B. While most think it's only an energy vitamin, it's really much more than that and comes in various forms (click here for a list of all vitamins B). The one I use is Vitamin B12 because it controls cell formation and gives skin its healthy looking color. I found it to work very well, however, I really dislike taking enormous foul-tasting vitamins, so I went on a quest to find another cure; in comes checking into my diet.

Turns out, lowering your sugar intake can help reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation. For someone like me, you might as well say I have to reduce how much oxygen I can take in on a daily basis. But, this was a two-fold advantage because I could reduce the appearance of my brown spots and possibly fit into my jeans again. I definitely recommend getting rid of as much white sugar from your diet as possible because over time you will certainly see some incredible results!

Lastly, I'm a HUGE advocate for using oil all over the largest organ of your body in general, but Vitamin E Oil is a miracle worker! With its versatility and healing properties using it is a no-brainer. I applied it topically every night to my spots and it lightened them by encouraging cell regeneration. It's very inexpensive and can be bought just about anywhere. Best of all, you can also use it on your cuticles for rehydration and smoothness, also as a scar treatment, and to prevent the formation of wrinkles!

As always I hope after reading this has helped you in some way!

(Hugs)
